Meet Trey...
You're one false witness away from losing everything. One mistaken identity. One coerced confession. Just ask Adam Braseel—twelve years behind bars for a crime he never committed. But here's the truly terrifying part: when over 3,600 exonerations tell the same story, they're not isolated cases - they're evidence of an epidemic. And the common denominator? Systemic failure. Every wrongful conviction is a sadistic hijacking of someone's existence, sanctioned by the very system meant to protect us. The Wrongful Convictions News Foundation™ is fighting back, because innocence isn't enough anymore. Not when freedom comes with a price tag, and truth takes a backseat to expedient plea deals. Join us at wrongfulconvictionsnews.org, because this can't be how their stories end.
This year, realizing I have more yesterdays behind me than tomorrows ahead, I wished for something bigger than myself. The launch of the Wrongful Convictions News Foundation is that wish coming true. An initiative dedicated to bringing truth to light and hope to the wrongfully convicted. I hope you'll join me in celebrating this moment. Because for tens of thousands of innocent victims, justice can't wait.
Innocence Until Proven...oh, never mind
STILL WANNA BE THE RACE CAR?
There you are in your little race car, cruising somewhere between Atlantic Avenue and Marvin Gardens when,--BAM! Plot twist...
GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200. Do not ever get out! Your get-out-of-jail card is worthless in this twisted game of chance. Our legal system: a warped Monopoly game you can never stop playing. But if Wrongful Convictions News™ gave us Park Place, then today, we just landed on Boardwalk! Game over legal system. Justice has a new address!
Innocence on Their Side: Innocent Then...Innocent Still (Part 1)
Even in the twisted version of justice that wrongful convictions create, some things remain constant: a conviction may change your address, but it can't change the truth. At Wrongful Convictions News, we champion twelve voices—twelve extraordinary individuals who wake up every day behind prison walls, their innocence as unchangeable as the truth itself. Twelve different stories, one common denominator: Lack of guilt. This is "Innocence on Their Side: Innocent Then...Innocent Still". Part one. Our heroes. Their stories.

We updated it in the summer of 2021.
"Our Fight for Freedom."
We hope this project will help bring attention to the epidemic of wrongful convictions and spread our message that we will not stop Our Fight for Freedom. We here at Wrongful Convictions News™ (WCN) would like the wrongfully convicted and their advocates to know that we will be continuously in prayer requesting justice for all involved in wrongful convictions. We pray that God will work in the hearts and minds of those in a position to exact justice in these cases, Lord. We would like to request that y'all pray with us, that we would stand united; one as the Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 1:10; Colossians 3:13-14; John 17:23) as we ask You now, Lord, to grant the relief that is so desperately deserved! We come before You, humble in heart and armed with the truth. We thank You for Your mercy & grace and we look forward to the day when the innocent are released from the evil that imprisons them unjustly. We pray all of this in Jesus' name. Amen.
